The Twin Cities real estate market continues to be strong in spite of limited supply. Inventory remains at record lows, but buyer demand isn't going away. Homes continue to sell in multiple offers, and across the region listings are selling for more than 99% of their original list price.
Even in a seller's market, it's important for homes to be presented well. It might seem like anything will sell because there are so few homes available, but ultimately, a well staged and marketed home will still bring a higher sales price. And as we head into fall, and some buyers opt to wait out the market, selling might not be as easy as it was.
